After nearly 18months of not buying any watches I have finally bought one from the classifieds here.
It's the oldest watch I have ever bought - An Omega Chronostop. I have had my eye on one for a few years but they rarely come up in the classifieds. I think the vintage Omegas are excellent value for money.
I am a fan of dark dialled watches, and the grey on the Chronostop looks great, especially again the the Orange second hand.
It comes on a mesh bracelet but I intend to buy a leather rally strap with orange stitching to compliment the second hand and stick that on it.
Pretty excited and can't wait for next week to get it.
