British or Dutch watchmaker advice required

I bought a SBDC001 'Black Sumo' off the forum last month and decided to buy a new sapphire crystal and a new seconds hand from Yobokies. I've called at least 10-15 jewellers/watchmakers in the Netherlands and almost none of them will fit the parts and make the watch watertight again ("we don't accept parts from customers" "they aren't Seiko parts" "this is against procedure" etc).

The one who would do it wanted to charge me €150 for it, without any guarantee of his work!

Can someone recommend me a watchmaker in the UK (or even in the Netherlands) who would do it for me? I'd also need a quick turnaround time; I'm leaving for an extended work trip in two weeks. Perhaps this isn't even possible...

I'd be grateful for any advice.

Rob at monsterwatches.nl would definitely be able to do this.

Not sure what a fair price would be though. Also not so sure he'd make the 'deadline.'
