No .. I really like them as well. I really like chronos with silver or white dials, especially with a black bezel.

    No your not.
I really like the panda dial with black bezel. It doesn't seem that long ago that you could pick one up for £800-£1200.
They seem a little over priced these days.

more awareness of the brand and more people showing an interest in the brand may be pushing the price up ?

they were a lot of watch for the money IMO.

    I like them a lot.

not a bad looking thing. not keen on the "TIGER" text on the dial though. :D

it does reminds me of an Omega Speedmaster Date (not sure which one came out first though). :albino:

    Not for me.

Don't like the Tiger business and have never been keen on the 7750 6-9-12 layout.
    Cheers,
    Neil.

Its the Tiger thing that spoils it for me also. I would never buy a watch with a sportsmans name on it. Very Tacky all IMHO.

That's a bit rude, but I have to say I prefer the pre-Tiger versions too.

Now that is a nice combo. They also did one with a Salmon Pink dial which looked nice in the flesh.

    i love them,but more the older stuff,and i have had a few......

    Re: Tudor chrono's, love them

+1 for pre-Tiger older stuff, were great bang-for-the-buck a few years back, however are still a great cost effective alternative to a Daytona. A black dial/black bezel with white/silver subdials would be my weapon of choice.

Great watches...I have a pre Tiger, with beautiful cranberry colour dial.

No you're not. I have non-Tiger version and it is a beauty. Very wearable and not as fat as most 7750 based watches.

Anyone have pics of the salmon coloured versions as I've never seen one.

I love this. Actually... I have one of these in the mail as I type this! I saw it in an online shop I use every now and then and it was an impulse purchase, but the price was too good to pass. Cant wait to see it in the flesh.

And I agree on the Tiger thing. Only name i'd want on a dial is my own! :-)

I'm another +1 with these and wish I'd seen Andy's sales post at the time as this is the one for me (although it would have killed my bank balance!)

I love them too. I bought my late model, silver panda dial, on eBay a few years ago, when it was less than 2 years old and still under warranty. Complete with B&P and unmarked it cost me £460. It's been a firm favourite ever since and remains one of my 'keepers'. It's also the most accurate watch I own and that includes a G-Shock.

Some great pics in this thread, I really like them. I don't mind the Tiger thing either since I can ignore the association. Of course if it also had 'Woods' on the dial that would be a deal breaker!
I've been close to pulling the trigger on one but I already have a couple of 7750 based chronos and I'm thinking I should probably aim for a column-wheel chrono next.

Great something else for the WTB list  so how much will one set me back with B&P? in particular the white with black sub dials or black with white sub dials?

Love these especially the white?panda dialled big blocks, in fact aesthetically i would rather have one of these than a Daytona.

That's what mine is; the 'white' with black sub-dials (actually the 'white' is more a light silver). I expect that a really nice one would be £1250+. Sorry, mine certainly isn't for sale.
