Thread: Homage watches, let's see what you've got.

Homage watches, let's see what you've got.

With all these austerity measures taking hold, there might be some joy to be had with less expensive watches, such as a homage watch, let's see what's out there.

Here's mine, a Cali Dial watch with a Longines L702 hand wound movement, sapphire crystal and WR to 300M

You still boring us with that

Only kidding  That is a beauty and the more I see it the more I like it 8)

I just picked up a lovey Pam hommage (sterile dial and case) today from bmpf (top bloke btw). Made by Joa with a swiss unitas, saphire crystal and lume like a lighthouse. I get some pictures posted soon.

Absolutely love it! The DSSD might grace my wrist one day, but until then, this is excellent.

    Another PRS14...

    Panny homage...

    Homage of the 6159-7000...

No longer have this one, but a pretty accurate rendering of the Polish Navy FF...

And the beginning's homage of the end...

I do not have homage yet but maybe someone could show nice AP RO homage (good movement woluld be a bonus).
I like AP RO design (actually everything about it), but it is out of my budget.

Poljot 3133; apart from one old Zeno this is the only decent Breitling Chronomat style i have ever seen. The case of the Poljot resembles the original Breitling Blackbird and the dial is a homage to the Breitling Chronoracer

Only the filing down of the end links and opening them up a bit so they sit flush with the lugs. I did write up the process on watch talk shortly after doing it. Will see if I can find the OP and bump it to the top.

I bought this brand new for less than £10. For a tenner it's a bargain. Still pretty awful mind....

It's a modded Seiko that bears a bit of a resemblance to an Omega. Probably.

Home built with a case from Rouhelena. Sapphire crystal, screw crown, old ETA auto movement,
rotating bezel, and dial from Noah Fuller, first attempt home made leather band.

    Kind of a Cronoswiss-Ball-Pilot-type thing!

Brushed case and built to be USED, well I like it
