    Seiko regulation in the UK/Ireland

    Guys

I have an Orange Monster and an SKX013 both of which are in good condition and not too old BUT both have started to run WAAAAY fast over a 24hr period, both are gaining minutes per hour!!

Is there anyone (perhaps on the forum?) any of you could recommend to look at and regulate these?

    Thanks

    Nev.

Hairspring tangled, let them run down fully, then whack them against your palm, this usually sorts it.

Didn't know about that party trick.
Any chance this can damage the watch?
I once had a seiko 5 that gained crazy time, but my watchmaker fixed it by untangling it. However, I don't think he did it the party trick way.

Sounds like it worth giving the party trick a go before spending any money on a watch repairer.
