Watch storage - show me yours....

Good people, long time lurker, thought I would draw on the extensive knowledge embedded within this forum. So, am fairly new to this collecting business, a GMTIIc and a bunch of G-Shocks so far but have got some plans for forthcoming purchases. As such I'm on the lookout for a decent watch case/box preferrably something that holds in the region of 8 pieces.

    Any help is much appreciated.

I like dulwich boxes, I have this one below and also another that is a three house-er with no window.

(excuse the mess, I don't tend to balance empty watch storage on top of ipad2 boxes on a radiator shelf lol)

Some superb suggestions, thanks folks. Specially liking the Rainer box and the carbon fibre one.....certainly look like the kind of storage that fine pieces deserve.

Been looking on t'web also, anyone any experience of Orbita Laguno? The 6 stoage case looks pretty nice is aluminium:

    http://www.orbita.net/new/StorageCase-Lugano.htm

Also, do people leave these cases out or lock up ion a safe? I'm torn between form over function.

that's some serious quality hinges and fittings. Those boxes are almost too nice for purpose.

rjwanderer: yes thats the link i used to order the Rainer box.

Eric: just send Rainer a mail and he'll kick off the process. Have to say it was as smooth as one could hope for.

Whilst i'm here, i managed to fill that last spot:

No which G-Shock shall we replace first.....

Re: Watch storage - show me yours....

The sad things about watchboxes is that people hardly get to see them as they're stuck away in safes or lock-ups!

I too have a couple of the John Lewis ones posted about on the first page.

Also, ordered from Nick at watch-winder-co.uk after recommendation on here a few days ago (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=188900&hilit=watchbox)...really nice boxes for the money and a few designs/sizes to choose from. Great , prompt service as well!
