    :shock: He might be a cool customer driving one of those, but imagine what went through his head, when the steering "wheel" came off in his hands.

    As the comments say, a brown trouser moment and kudos to him for keeping the rubber side down ...

    Definitely a 'what the' followed by an 'Oh ****' moment :shock:
    Looking how to get the wheel back in the column at 200mph is very cool.
    I didn't know funny cars had a two foot long brake lever though ....

    Hmmm- I thought the parachute release was the one higher up (it was red) as when he pulls it, you see the car actually jerk, he goes forwards with the inertia..


    Strange how he never made a sound- not even the slushy sound of undercrackers filling with brown stuff!!!
