I think they did ones that were SAS, SBS and SSR unit buys, same as the RAF squadrons have done. I've seen engraved backs, stickered backs and this version with the winged dagger on the dial.
only 250??

250 were made in 2005, sold for a £1000.00 then
I have an omega seamaster sas that was sold to serving members. A much, much nicer watch than the breitling on show. Pics to follow,,,,,
I have the SRR version, one of 55 made 8)
Please bear in mind that these were never issued to the SAS or the SBS but were offered for sale to them. If any of them were bought by serving members they were not allowed to wear them whilst on duty.
Yep they are just regimental tribute watches really, but rare and sure to be a good investment in the future due to limited numbers and only being able to be purchased by serving soldiers.
There was an omega regimental clearance divers tribute watch about 8 months ago on the bay which was one of a 150 which i had a stab at but the seller wanted strong dough for it.
Even though they do a sterling job Lets face it, its not really a famous regiment like the sas or sbs.
Breitling also do an mi5 and mi6 watch. The only difference is the 5 and 6's are the wrong way round on the dial.
10.5 grand is a lot of dosh ! Looks like Andy Mcnab or Chris Ryan has bought a new watch then
Perhaps this the watch they wear when undercover, together with a t-shirt with SAS across the chest, hahah,

Not a fan, though I liked the SRR explorer someone showed on this forum a couple of weeks ago.
As said above, these watches tend to be by comission not issue. I have an F3 tornado Breitling thatd we had a limited run of made. They were at a reduced cost, but the cash was from our own pockets.
Saw one for sale last year for £5500, so not a bad investment £5000 in a year, one for the future i think.
CWC PVD Divers or Nite MX-10 is what they are actually issued.
Pretty easy to fake and way over priced anyway.
Did you notice his feedback. 66% and private so can't be read. Alarm bells ringing.
Almost becoming standard reproduction, Breitling are happy to put any old Logo on the dial for a minimum order qty this has included, C-IED, Red Arrows, Raf Regt, SAS, Para Regt but to name a few. It adds nothing to the value of the standard model if anything it devalues it
If you want crappy logos on dials then theres a Dominos Pizza rolex floating about ebay I think!
