Works great with that leather strap! 8)
Hate the white one though....
I had it on the black Sinn rubber, but found it a bit dull. When I switched to leather it began to sing to me.
For the summer it'll go on the white rubber.
A couple of comparison shots:
U1000S, U1W and Damasko DC67
U1000S and U1W

Not a fan of leather on divers but its better than the white rubber! Lovely watch..
Looks good on the leather strap, did it come from Toshi?
I also have a U1w, wear it on black rubber this time of year, on white rubber for the summer with the strap cut one notch bigger.
Here's a pic of mine with it's red-headed cousin ...

The white U1 looks best on the leather (Toshi?) for me.

That looks fab on the white rubber but you've got me thinking about a "Dolphin Tuna" again now.
The U1 on leather looks great.
Nice collection, your U1 with white dial looked super with the brown strap! :D
Thanks, gents.
The leather is a Micah.
The leather works, but I'm not sure about white tho. Maybe it's just me.
Your brown leather strap is a beauty. I can imagine that working on a lot of different watches.
regards,
Nick
I've tried a couple on mine, but the white rubber still rules IMHO :) .
I've never seen it on a brown leather strap though.
Great shots BTW.

Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
Black and brown?
Didn't know thee was such a thing as a white dialled Sinn!!! What a stunning beauty. Where can one buy such a watch? Is the dial luminous? The copper faced (or should I say 'ginger'? :D ) is also new to me. Like them a lot. Sinn is such a beautiful brand. Great watches. Too bad i cannot afford one right know but they are really on top of my 'Wanna wanna, really wanna List. They are simple, sober, almost plain looking but the overall look is so well thought out, so strong. :drunken: :drunken: :drunken: :drunken:
The U1 White was a limited edition, about 375 were made.Originally Posted by hharry

Stunning on the white rubber. I find my PVD to be striking but very limited when it comes to straps. And it's no fun scratching threw the pvd layer. My wife borrowd and desicrated (scratching it badly) my first pvd. No sex for her that month... Well I should have punished her but... Well it's only a watch...
I'm not very good in changing straps to say the least.Originally Posted by Ermapo

I must be one of the odd ones out who love the white strap. Must be the storm trooper in me!
Looks excellent on the leather :D white dial is super cool though :D
I like mine on white rubber too.
I avoid changing straps on this watch as I invariably bend the spring bars :(
Thanks guys. Next week I'm changing to the white rubber for a trip down south.
BTW, I often used curved spring bars to make it a little easier for changes. Haven't had a problem, yet.
Looks great with the brown leather or black rubber! :!:
personally i dun like the white rubber...just me
Dude that looks awesome with the brown strap. I have the Sinn u1 w myself but have only worn it on the black rubber and a black Zulu, not been brave enough to rock the White yet. Saw a black tegimented braclet for it which was tempting!
Very nice watch. Just love the white dial on the U1....
