What does the skin feel like on these, maybe like suede?
the breed is called a Hairless Sphynx. from what i've heard, you have to be careful with them as they can get easily sunburned.

As Denizen said, itīs a Sphynx, and yes the skin is a very soft suede-like.
He may look scary, but his personality is the opposite - he is the sweetest possible cat!

Gorgeous looking animal Rui. As it happens I am familiar with Sphynxes. Another interesting one is the Turkish Van Cat that swims and doesnt like to climb trees. There are some really interesting stories involved with the breed going back to Noahs Ark. And look at those eyes.

We have two: an all white and an all black. It wasn't on purpose, both mostly chose us (five year apart).
This is Loki, a 9 month old six toed polydactyl mongrel. Younger in this photo, he's now quite a large beast.
Not a cat person at all.

I am familiar with these. While they certainly are different, I would not want one around me either ....... well, or any cat for that matter.
Even though they don't have fur do they still spend hours cleaning themselves?
i.e. are they still unsuitable for folks with allergies?
