Like that very much. Thanks for pointing it out.
I highlighted this watch a while ago - it's very rare.
Mick English (seller) is a top bloke - and i thought i'd let you loaded collectors have a look.
Rare to see wathces with no reserve of this quality etc.

GOT...TO...KILL...CAPTAIN STUPID!
I know he was looking at sending it to bonhams.
Has to be a genuine investment piece.
The seller is indeed a top bloke, bought from him before. I think he even drops by her for the odd thread... ;-)
I'm not as think as you drunk I am.
The enamel dial Rolex Oyster Scientific watches are a lovely little watch, produced in very small numbers.
My 18ct gold version is only twenty-or-so case numbers away from the watch Michael is selling on eBay...

This (or an identical) watch was on the bay about a month ago - it was discussed over on WUS...
Sure it was this exact one?
Got a link to the WUS thread? My watch (pictured) has been owned by me for a few years, and did not come from eBay...Originally Posted by ach5

Sold for £2,050 - surely cheap enough for something so rare?

£2050 for a watch of that rarity and condition was a steal!

However I agree - seems good value to me. :D
