Wow, now that's a solid one! :) What's the pricetag on these, secondhand?

Rare watches and that means rarely FS, so it varies a lot. But with bracelet, around 1200 euros I would guess

Just saw a Ti Seal listed FS somewhere - can't remember where though. I thought the price was pretty reasonable. Don't care much for the super-wide bezel (and concomitant high watch:dial ratio) and so have never owned one. What are your impressions Jose?

Are these watches alot like Sinn? I never tried a kobold but I would love to try one. From the pictures the buildquality seems really great!

I like it, Colin. It is a very massive watch (in the pure Fricker style), probably the most massive (albeit not the bigger) watch I own. The bezel in wide, the dial comparatively smaller and well under, and I think that increases the perception of the watch as a massive tank. The case shape is pretty original, the bracelet is very well done, and the curved crystal is just superb. The dial/hands combination is also very clean, minimalist, one of the best among the many watches I own.

All in all, if you hate weighty watches, go for the Ti version, because you really feel the weight when you wear the SS version.

For sure, the quality is to the level of Sinn (but I do not own any Sinn...a hole in my collection). Having said that, I would never pay the prices you see on their webpage. Around 1000/1200 euros yes, but more? No way...

Nice chunk, looks like a similar case shape to the Sea Devil.

I've always liked the seal, including the caseback design, which I remember got a lot of negative comment when the watch was first released. could you post a picture of it?
