Put it on a Tropic - far more appropriate than a leather strap.
Just want to see if anyone has an idea for specific straps for my Vintage Tissot. It needs new spring bars and I think changing it out of its SS band might give it a new lease of life.
I'm thinking about Hadley Roma Perf racing 844 strap, the Hirsh Rally presently. Would love a black one with dashes of red to go with the dial but can't find one.
Any other ideas guys?

well i dont know about any black bands with red dots, but there's a nice Nato version wich is black and red (a red strip in the middle)
Not a fan of Natos but thanks for the suggestion
Here's my old Navigator on an ATG strap with cream stitching that matches the lume. Excellent quality strap albeit not cheap.
And on a Meyhofer Imola, probably the softest and most comfortable strap I've ever worn.
Personally I like this style of watch on a perforated strap, after all they were never intended to swim in.

Love that imola band. Where did you get that?
Beautiful case on your Nav- did you brush it up yourself?
Here you go, I've just noticed they sell them with red stitching too.Originally Posted by sunster

I bought the Navigator of a friend in Liverpool a few years back, it arrived in the condition you can see in the pics. It was traded a while back for something else, unfortunately. Lovely watch and in superb condition but I guess you can't keep them all.

Thanks for that. Ordered the black one. They don't seem to stock the red stitched version in 20mm
I'm probably wrong (usually am) but I thought the lug width on these was 22mm, might be worth checking.

Nice one! I want one of those aswell... 8)
Mine's definitely a 20mm.Originally Posted by Omegary
