I'm a big fan of Genta's early watches especially the older 322701 which I owned for a while and to me was nearly the ultimate everyday wearer.
The AP 15202 is my Grail but I'm not likely to get...
OP asked which areas to invest - fundamentals not emotive decisions are all that matter. Funny you mentioned Cricklewood as parts will be transformed on a scale unheard of to date....maybe not safe...
JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon 39. There's is actually one on SC ;)
All areas I would suggest for your budget(flats only 1-2 bed) Cricklewood, Willesden Green, parts of Harlesden, Stoke newington, Clapton, Dalston, Leyton, Leytonstone, Crystal Palace, Sydenham,...
Take mine and you will have your cake and eat it and then flip it without the depreciation you would need to fact in from Grey/AD. Why take the risk
Oh dear...so it is - now need to work out how to transfer the thread to SC!
Gone but not for long! SC here we come...
I would have to say this JLC takes the biscuit....
JLC make some awesome chronographs if that's what you're after then look no further than this. Superior value to a Daytona. ...
Congrats! A true modern classic.
It still amazes me after six months of ownership the level of detail, balance and simplicity and the biggest supprise for me was at 39mm it has real wrist presense....
Wow! the blue hue is awesome. I've wanted to go the same way with my JLC UTM. I was looking at the CF navy blue and not considered an ABP blue. My reservation has always been the CF navy blue looks...
Thanks for the review. I am very tempted to go for a thinner version of the same colour strap. Think the navy blue will suit the RDM and plan to pair it with my MUT Moon. It feels to me that the...
GMT Inter
Good point. Scrap that idea then! Considering the old GMTc has a green dial as well!
The list price will be £5,950. Looks like good value to buy a pre-owned GMTc then purchase the new bezel.
That GMT is hot.
But the Daytona is a let down, maybe just that baby blue dial is a turn off. Having said that I would have a SS Daytona in white with the new black ceramic dial- hope that launches...
May not be Santas special 50% but Fraiser Hart Brent Cross has a Striking 10th(tri colour dial) in the window today on a rubber strap for just over £5k. Let me know if you are interested as I know...
I nearly bought a JLC Navy Seal Auto on the lovely teg bracelet a couple of months ago- it was very well priced. In fact i have not seen one on chrono 24 that cheap.
The service was par at best. ...
It's 9.9mm thick so smaller in hight but not much in the diameter.
It's 39mm but due the the large face it wear much bigger. Think IWC Portuguese chrono style. It has real presence. The dial is mesmeric in the flesh!
This arrived in the post this morning so please excuse the poor iphone picture - I have been craving one since it was launched at SIHH 2011. I will attempt to take a few more pictures over the...
WebcreationUK are v reasonable
Looks like the 40mm 3239's will be priced at £4650...
I really like the Ti chrono there is something very special with it. Having tired the chrono OS i was also impressed. I just didn't get that same feeling, although very unique, with the 3 hander...
I just remind me of some sort of poor relation of the AP ROO. Would have the 15202 over a Hublot everyday of the week..
