I bought a sinn 356 from the forum some time ago, am really happy with it but if I don't wear it for a few days and then restart it, it runs slow for a day or so and then keeps good time. ...

The other thing to bear in mind if you use it for intervals is that the minimum setting on the G shock seems to be 1 min, I used to do 30 second intervals which the G can't do.
