    Re: Ming Thein

Boo! My ears are burning. I don't hang out anywhere these days, just not enough time! Glad to see you're all well. I still email John once in a while, shoot some watches (admittedly its a lot harder...

Re: I have just doubled my watch collection.

Hope it fixes itself soon. No point in having two watches if they're the same, you'd just be tempted to sell half of them :P
  4. Re: Small PC-controlled precision lathes for watch making?

    You´ve got a new haircut Eddie! :D[/quote]

And lost quite a bit of weight!
  5. Re: Thinking about a new Camera? If you aren't maybe you should.

    Re: Speedbird 3 delayed

Man, what a bummer. I feel your pain...
  13. Re: Newby! Plus, anyone know anything about cameras?

The Panasonic FX and TZ compacts are pretty good, as is the latest Ricoh R8.
  14. Re: Any recommendations for some 'bud' style headphones?

    Re: IWC 3717, Time gain

3717 is the 7750 based mechanical. That's within chronometer spec and fine, I think. Mine does about the same.

Re: Anyone got an RC helicopter?

I bought a cheap 4ch one to learn to fly...it isn't easy, and in the ~10 flying hours I've had it for, I've spent more on spare rotor blades than the damn thing itself! Also I crashed it and bent the...
