Yeah I am. I assume that they will advise what was wrong with it. I’ll certainly be asking!

Update.
Omega have said they will carry out the work under warranty. Chuffed!

Nooooo. Don’t say it!

Correct. I’ve never dropped it and I work in an office, so the watch doesn’t get overly bashed around or anything.

Sorry, perhaps my previous wasn’t clear. The £555 is a proper service undertaken by Omega. Goldsmiths have my watch now and are sending it to Omega. Hopefully they do the work as if it were under...
No. When I set the time the second hand moves the same direction I am winding, although that even stopped eventually. When I click the crown back in, nothing happens.
I’m obviously disappointed...
Update.
So I’ve been to see my guy in the AD and he is optimistic of getting it fixed as if it were under warranty. Obviously it came with the caveat of ‘no promises’ but I’ve got my fingers...
I am.
I think my first port of call will be Omega. You don’t get if you don’t ask!

Cheers for the posts people. I might pop into the Omega boutique in the Bull Ring tomorrow and have a chat with them.

Afternoon guys,
My Speedie stopped working yesterday. It needed a wind, so I did so as usual. About an hour later whilst shopping I noticed it had stopped. About 20 or so minutes had elapsed since...
That new Railmaster is weak. Very disappointing.

Good point, well made.
Edit: Although wouldn't it make sense to Omega to release this Speedy Tuesday in a year where they didn't have another big Speedie release?

On a separate point, is anyone else surprised by this being announced in the year that the Speedmaster turns 60?...
Looks nice, even the lumed sub dials in my opinion. But the orientation of the numbers on said dials really turns me off.

Birra blue for't dads!
Thanks for the links, I'll be sure to read up on them!
Gorgeous watch! Congrats!
Thanks guys, I though something like that might have been the case.
Ok, so I guess my next question is how is it possible to reproduce these watches with the original names?
Ok, so firstly I shall apologise if this is the stupidest question ever. But here goes...
I want to know more about the watches for sale on the TimeFactors website.
Now, I have figured out that...
Another vote for the Speedmaster!
You beauty! There is one about half a mile from me and a quick check on their website shows they have just what I'm after! Cheers!
I would normally, it's just time constraints. I need one for Thursday ideally!
