They do wear large imo, but if you can get away with a SB3 and the 29b which I own as well you'll be fine.
I have a 7.5" wrist btw.

I wear mine on the Speedbird strap as it's one of the best combination's I've found, really brings out the hue of the dial.

I wear my 82 on a Speedbird Nato, i think it really brings out the bluish tint on the crystal.
