My thinnest watch is 2mm and cost about £100 so I'm not sure it's worth another £0.5m to shave 0.3mm. But a great achievement nonetheless.

Well indeed, any date only or no date watch will cope with the 29th. But it would be nice to see some perpetual calendars, or even some annual calendars going slightly wrong.
