Not sure I understand? The Zenith Chronomaster pictured in this thread is the same as the one I have, so I am not looking for one.
Would sell the Black Sub Date 116610LN. But then again I am into colours.
By the way, I assume you mean the case back sticker with the green handle. Rolex case back stickers are not the ones with...
Thanks Dave!
Will have a look at Valjoux 72 options :smug:
Needless to say I cannot afford the insanely expensive PP 2499 Platinum, nor could or would I buy one even if I had the money.
...
Price is about the same as that of other European ADs.
Most, if not all ADs will not sell it to you without exchanging the old one. Rolex SA is requiring their ADs to send back exchange inserts...
Drooling. Very nice!
Yes I've seen this one. Unfortunately not the dial I want, nor is it a full set. Thanks anyway.
Appreciate it! Yes completely forgot about watchrecon. There's another two portals I used to use, which I can't remember the names of.
It's been years since I was there, but the shopping mall MBK used to be a good place to peruse.
Plenty of grey/second hand dealers to be found. Not sure about pricing given how weak the pound is,...
Me too!
So many stunning watches in this thread. Too many to mention!
As subject suggests I am considering a Tudor Chronograph 94200 or 79160 with silver panda dial.
Any suggestions where to look? I need it to be mint and full set. I've looked on Chrono24, TZ, eBay...
Fully agree! Just bought one in exactly the same configuration, down to the chamfered markers. Waiting for it to ship. Can't wait!
Pelagos without a shadow of doubt. A contemporay watch throughout and a proper modern tool watch.
+1
I find that the Pelagos is consistently contemporary in design. Even if there are references to snowflake, it is a modern looking watch throughout.
You could also do as I... buy both...
The Zenith hands down! For me, better footprint, legendary movement and pretty design.
If going for a Speedmaster, I'd be going for a classic Speedy Pro.
I have quite a few dress watches, but very rarely wear them. I don't care much for protocol, so I just wear whatever I feel like. I don't own a pocket watch either.
Occasionally I wear my 99...
OP I feel your pain.
Last time I had a cold/flu, I was under the weather on and off for more than 2 months. Had fever during most of this time. Truly a cold from hell. Never experienced anything...
Agreed.
A proper tool watch.
Some prefer Gen 1 because of the simplicity of the dial. I appreciate both versions.
Thanks very much. It's a disease :) A few more but they're locked up at the moment.
Not at all :D
I just like the 3135 movement in particular ;) With a bit of 3185 and 3186 on the side....

I have bought quite a few watches from Chrono24 listed sellers. Maybe 15 or so. Have experienced 4 rather annoying cases where the watch was not as advertised with scratches, dents in glass or...

I love YG Rolexes by themselves. But don't think they suit me. Therefore my next gold Rolex will likely be the Smurf.
But if I liked the look on my pale skinny wrist, I would wear them...
I think the Jubilee would look better on the two watches, if the polished links were brushed/matte.
But I still prefer the Oyster bracelet. In fact I prefer the Oyster bracelet with a small mod. I...
Thanks all.
A few more from the collection.

Congrats! You won't regret it!
