Years ago on this forum someone said they bought or gave a Speedmaster to their father (who seemed to be well past middle age) but...

My buddy has a Damasko that he's worn as a daily wearer for over a year and it has ZERO scratches. Really amazing. As he likes to say, "the only thing that can scratch a Damasko is....itself."

I chased Subs for years, but always ended up disappointed. The Speedy Pro was my first 'nice' watch, which I sold to buy my first Sub. Now it's ten years later and I'm wearing a Speedy Pro again....
