It doesn't look great IMO.
A very interesting and good looking watch which isn't easy to pigeon-hole. I like it!
They are not crap for much the same reasons that Rolex are not crap. Such as:
That would be Rolex, wouldn't it?
Alright.
Isn't this the point of your thread? If the average schlep on the street thinks a watch / brand is so great (e.g. Longines), how is it "under rated"?
The watch is pretty good, but those macr pics are brilliant. Thanks for posting them.
Notable for being a Royal Oak LE that doesn't suck.

This thread is lucious and makes me emotionally erect.

+1 although mine is orange. The short lugs and high mounted bracelet pull the head down on to the wrist and keep ti there without needing to apply too much pressure. It's the most comfortable dive...
Absolutely brilliant review and pics. Thanks for making the effort.
Citizen Skyhawks are awesome.
I'm a big fan of Seiko and under $1,000 no micro (or any other dive watch) can touch a Sumo for overall quality of design and manufacture. That said, you get more 'on paper' features for your $$$...
Ooh, that is SWEET!
That is SWEET! I wouldn't normally go for a red bezel but with the gilt detailing the overall look is old fashioned ritz.
Congratulations!

No question:

The definitive watch of the naughties has been the defining watch of my whole week:

Both look good, but the Alpinist is WIN.
Bracelet of MM300 is as good as any SMP or PO (the old ones with pins, I haven't handled the new models), and functionally kills them - lack of micro-adjustment on the Omegas is a pain in the arse.
...
I'd take the MM300 over the SMP all day long, personally.
If it was based on the way the dial looks, I would agree - but the case, crown and finish are all inferior.
...
Those indices look too large. Steer clear of this one.
You shouldn't judge people by what they wear as you will invariably be incorrect. BUT...
When I see somebody wearing a Graham I assume:
1) He is a tastelwess git.
2) He doesn't know...
Nasty looking thing.
