They look great! Do try some stands to raise them closer to ear level, I found it makes a huge difference to clarity and imaging and removes any muddiness from reflections on the desk.

I used to use a similar wrist support but found the Logitech MX vertical mouse is a better solution, with the more natural handshake grip, my wrist has not hurt since.
