Yes, mine was all done by phone.
They openly admitted that they couldn’t improve on the price.
So I left, and I won’t be back.

Exceptional value for money. Perfect fit and solid, yet comfy.

The above ones look good, but I then found some highly rated (4.3/5) straps on Amazon.
