£7590 is certainly not cheap but by heck is it a stunning looking watch. Hopefully I should be able to get an up close & personal with it in the next few weeks.

I love some of the models and i've always been impressed by engineering of them but the price of them really is nuts. BTW surely these are the ultimate luxury sports watch rather than as AP like to...
Apple has apparently entered and agreement with Sharp for it to provide screens for i products.

Agreed and i wonder what the retail will be on that helmet??
Watched the repeat last night and was rather surprised it was good. The clamping and MI6 skit took some brass balls to do.
Hahaha! Now THAT is one i would love to have seen. Btw the way what the hell did the sa in the store say??
+2. Very well done regardless.
Possible but be prepared for plenty of polite no's.
Haha! I bet it is, but fair play to you your only keeping yourself safe.
Now that is REALLY cool...
....and that's just bad luck :(
Ok so i totally understand the safe place and lobby bit but ankle tying are you serious??
Yet the people seem quite happy for their government walk all over the Tibetians and bully the Taiwanese.
Cubano:

Dill pickle
Dijon mustard

Really? As i have seen him in pictures not wearing any PAM so although i knew he was a big enthusiast i never knew anything about ambassador status, is this a fairly recent then?
I have to admit i like it, i like the fact they have NOT used the tapisserie dial for a change but i'd liked to have seen a sapphire caseback instead of the plain one they have on this.
I'd say that was true, in the same way that Sly approached them for the Luminors for Daylight.
TH did have theirs made in Thailand at one point and i would assume they still are, at least for their lower end pieces. Dent have theirs made by hand here in the UK by Linley.
It is different and a first though, and imgaine most folks reaction when you tell them it's platinum after they have commented on the fact it feels heavy for a titanium piece.
GV owner and i say go for it. Love the heft of it,the way the dial can do from being almost dark grey looking to black depending on the light and the amount of comments i have had from people...
Hurraah!
I'd have one in a heartbeat and to give my answer on a question that was asked earlier in the thread, it has to be white dial.
Them Sleb chefs love their watches, never seen one without a decent timepiece.
Anyone know if Patek have their boxes made in some Far East country like a few manufacturers do or are they made in house/Switzerland like the watches?
Only!! Fucking hell, i was on cloud nine when i was allowed an 'upgrade' to a 1200 and it was Super Cars II, Moonstone and a certain well known football managment game.
That be him! Nice guy and fairly knowledgeable about his watches. Heather his manageress iirc is also very good to deal with and have a chat with if you get the chance.
My bad! I confused Ernest Jones with Fraser Hart.
Not had a gander in the Omega boutique as yet by having a wee eye in from the outside it does not seem to have alot of stock out on display but...
