Some beautiful Autavias in this thread, including the "beater".
I have never owned one of these "olive drab" Autavias, but they seem to be great looking chronos.

This whole story does not hang together very well. I have heard of at least three people who asked for the photos but did not receive them. And a-p-e says that he sold the watch in a face-to-face...
To clarify a few points:
-- "Chronomatic" Autavias are super rare . . . we have probably seen fewer than 12 or 15, over the past decade
-- Seller listed at 30,000 Euro, presented as a firm...

One thing to keep in mind with the old Autavias . . . fading is now called "tropical" . . . the right style of fading can look really nice (and sell for a premium).
