On some of the latest diver Seiko applies a new lumibrite mixture. Claimed to be 60 percent more effective.
Let's test it. My sbbn029 (Tuna with steel looking cermet shroud) has the new...
I do like my tunas.
Maybe because they are very "uncompromizing" (is that a word in english?)? They are huge but wearable due to lack of lugs and round design. They are not pretty, but not ugly...
I had the old SD. Sold it to buy the new version last summer. After two weeks I sold it and bought back the old version.
The new is absolutely a better watch. But the old version is much better...
Great watch!
I have a 22 mm isofrane with black buckle on my 7549-7009.
Sadly pretty difficult to appreciate the band on my only pic of the combo
...
Great watches.
Here are mine.
The Mudman has been appropriately tested including a boil and thrown of house roof.
Haven't read entire thread, are people generally satisfied with altitude...
Lovely watch!
I believe that hand design is called alpha. Or very similar to it.
Lume is their one weak point IME
When ordering camera equipment from swedish cyberphoto they always include a chocolate bar in the package.
Great since you pick up the package after work and open immediately wanting to play with...

Great watch! Lovely photos!
Thanks for sharing.
Very nice!
I much prefer the 38 mm version of this beautiful watch than the 42 mm.
Oh lalala.
Thank you very much, straight up on my "back of the head list".
The polished titanium on the Chronomaster looks very very good. Not as super duper polished as GS blade polishing but great look nevertheless.
GS and (Omega) have some polished titanium watches...
Thanks!
Very nice!
Thanks mate.
There are now Chronomasters that are 40 mm. With eco-drive and power reserve on the dial. Very nice watches also.
...
Thanks.
Glad you like the watch. They are great!
To clarify, the one you bought is not the one pictured in this review, your watch was unused.
I am now ending up with both a steel and a titanium...
Thanks. I thought that one was discontinued. And have never seen one in Swedish shops.
Glad I am wrong. That color scheme on the dial makes me not want to have one though.
Great data above.
As man with many watches and no winder this is a non-issue.
Also, I sometimes don't even set the time when putting the watches on. I just like the sensation of a quality item...
Very nice. Great finish and lovely photos. Thanks!
I had missed there is 43 mm versions of these!
Those are very very nice!
I constantly look for the titanium version when I am in shops but never seem to have enough cash.
Hello!
I have posted this on Swedish watch fora but thought you guys might appreciate the pics and some of my thoughts.
I have owned two GS quartz and have my second chronomaster en route.

Very Nice!
I will not advice on lighting set up etc, since I am not used to work with tents anymore.
But consider the hands position, set the watch to approx ten past ten to balance the dial...
I have owned the snowflake and handled the Hi beat(s) extensively.
The snowflake is very very beautiful, but the titanium weight and feel isn't for everyone.
The Hi beat is very very refined...
Very nice imo.
You should show pics if the nice box and diving goggles(?) it came with to win some more appreciaton.
