I’m not a watch collector would rather have one that does everything than one for every day of the week!
Can’t really flaunt the rules as my immediate boss is an infection control lead and I believe we might be being filmed soon.. My boss also has a habit of dropping in unannounced.. Don’t want to end...
Can’t see it falling of using a gasgasbones strap and it’s pretty secure! Would buy a similar strap for new watch! Having thought about it the watch is only going to be on my belt during work hours...
It is NHS related and I know the evidence is bullshit and I am getting a bit fed up with being told to take my watch off so have been wareing a Seiko Quartz Chrono on my belt for about a week now....
As I’m now bare below elbows at work will an auto wind if worn on my Belt? Don’t currently own an Auto but was considering a new Damasko for every day use.
There is a very suspect looking Heuer 980 (well thats what its listed as)on the bay at the moment with "proffesinal" on the dial and hands with blue lume?
I would go for the 42mm I think 40-42mm is the classic size for a sporty divers watch and don't think I would wear anything bigger!
Not my cup of tea but often see a selection of Raymond Weil watches in Costco at reasonable prices.
Hadley Roma 18mm oyster PVD
You will probably need to source one from the states though!
I use either my PRS-17Q or 17C as my everyday do everything watches!
Did have a PRS-18Q but moved it on as I prefer and need a date function!
Is there anywhere in Europe that does DLC and doesn't charge the earth?
Wouldn't mind having a watch done but can't seem to find anyone and DLC or PVD are to short for the search function!
Haven't squale just made a red faced diver?
Glad it worked for you! my retro rubber is back on my PRS-17Q and Im waiting for a Di Modell Chronissimo for my 17C just for a bit of variety!
Already wearing mine :D top notch service:thumbsup:

just popped a timefactors retro rubber on my new arrival
I think an isofrane will work I wear my PRS-17Q on a timefactors retro rubber and it works really well!
I'm thinking about a Di Modell Chronissimo for mine!
It's actually a divers case that was also available with a unidirectional bezel the same or similar to the early Sinn hydro, Bell & Ross Hydro and Bell & Ross type Demineur!
just after eight am!
Edit 8:12 to be precise hope that puts some people's minds at rest?
Just received my dispatch email :)
Was worried I might have been one of the two late comers to the party but can relax now :)
I would prefer the dive bezel on mine but a black date wheel and white constant seconds hand but I will be happy with whatever I get?
ordered :excitement:
I'm sure that whatever the price it will represent very good value for money!
I do think that most of the ideas being thrown around don't really work for me!
They are all very nice as slightly vintage looking military style watches but I don't think they will work well with...
