Perfect.
Kicking myself for not getting an El Primero earlier on [always read that they're a bit on the fragile side - and I ride a motorcycle daily hence subject to a lot of vibration]

Cant seen to find a S/N anywhere.

As an aside (trying my luck here), do let me know if anyone's willing to part...
Bit of an oddity on the timeline...
DR brand est 1988
THG acquisition 1994
Bvlgari takeover 2000
Read somewhere (iirc) the S247s were produced between 1995 - 1999 (cant validate from my part...
P.S. watch only (runs well); only irritant is a deep-ish scratch on the rear-sapphire crystal.
P.S.S. paid a hair above the typical asking price for a 16234 head only :thumbsup:
New watch alert!
Went to a local watch shop to pick up a 16234.... Went home with this instead!
Have always yearned for a pre-THG DR...this will do for the time being....
Full service 2 yrs back thru GP at a cost of £700.
Sparingly worn since - never dropped it.

Hi chaps,
Have a bit of an issue with a recently (2-years back) serviced GP WWTC.
- Sent it in for a service 2 years back cause it was running really fast (magnetised - didn't know better,...
If it were cheaper i'd slowly heat the crown (at the expense of melting the o-ring) :playful:
Managed to secure one in blue within 5 minutes.
Autofilled personal details - accidentally used my corporate email, which means im stuck with the firm for at least another 1 year!...

Thanks for your input walker. Have always avoided DD modular chronos like they're the plague.. But couldn't resist getting this piece! Not sure if local independents here (Malaysia) can be trusted...
Appreciate your input. Water ingress could be why the Speedy on nato was serviced in 2019 - with a hefty repair bill, north of GBP300! (for context, general service for Rolex 3035 3135 cal. in...

Greetings forumers,
Back with another Tudor 9411 with riveted bracelet. As with any 9411 on the market, the concern that it might have a jkf case, generic ETA prevails.
Appreciate everyone...

To my knowledge, some OEM solid gold bracelets were fitted with factory-Rolex clasps. Not too sure about this one.

Greetings all!
Have been lusting for a President bracelet. When an italian 18k bracelet cropped up (with watch head) for a smidgen over £5,000, it had my interest.
Only concern is that it has...
Got my email from the Omega Boutique. Subsequently enquired about 0% instalments!
Thanks for chiming in Mr Haywood.
Was just told the watch has only been worn 5 times throughout the 20 year ownership, citing its sheer weight as the sole factor for disuse :angel12:
Have...
