Try Omega black strap with normal buckle or Omega blue strap with diver depolyant clasp.

Do you have "Glycerol" in UK? I bought it at local drugstore.
I use it to restore an Omega strap.

Rub it with Glycerol and wipe it clean with a tissue.

Well, I didn't do it worse.

Bonetto Cinturini has some rubber straps: model 295 and 281, which are 22mm but for 20mm lugs
