For that I can't blame him. Omega charges EUR 350 / GBP 250 for a new bezel if you want your scratched $1 alu inlay to be replaced - thats laughable.
Im still undecided what is worse, a scratched...
Quite a rip-off indeed!
As I own three SMP 2531.80s, time came when I wanted to remove the bezels. On other watches, I used to go between bezel and case with a thin knife, but that does not work due to the case shape. The...
I would like to second what Artistmike wrote. While CWCs in general are overpriced, this particular watch is not, its actually quite a good deal!
Ahaha, so glad i did not buy an Aquaracer! The brand devalues at lightning speed.
... to Basel 2014.

Relatively understated yet sound brand with great (past) history and very reasonably priced products. Like it a lot.
PRS-18Q comes to mind.
SKX031, had two, liked them. Good size. But only 100m, bidirectional bezel (if i remember correctly), without lume pip, different (worse) bezel construction than the SKX007, and a little bit too...
DISCLAIMER: MY OPINION ONLY.
My verdict: avoid. Just some pointers...
MWC labeled divers watches were made by Ray Wong /Consumption enterprises /"kronos watches" by whom they were listed...
Would click on order too within a heartbeat, if the "old" PRS-3 would get a rerelease. Auto-/Quartz-Option would be even better, like with the PRS-18. Heck, I would order both versions!
From the current collection:

Swiss watch prices in general have become quite grotesque. The companies aim at nouveau riche Chinese/emerging market customers who buy these watches no matter what to show off. Still, European and...
That is a great picture, sir.
I wont say you are making things up here, but to me this is a bit of an exaggeration of the situation. First off, you can buy nice Seikos retail (at least here in Germany), bit more pricey, of...
That sumns it up greatly. Very well said, RobDad.
Thank you for the lecturing on these truisms.
You imply the people on here write what they write due to a lack of these very basic understandings you provided. They do understand, they probably...
Beautiful watch--and nice condition! I much prefer the big triangle dial over its civilian counterpart; that might be one of the reasons why I prefer the CWC over the Watchco franken SM300s (which...
Unless? It will be (amongst other versions) solid gold... 18-karat solid gold. ;)
Interesting point of view. In my books anything good for the industry is bad for us at this stage... there is (nearly) no established western watch company left with moderate and reasonable pricing....
So true, I can only second that. The Aquaracer is a beautiful watch, but absurdly priced. Quality wise Longines niveau--and only if Longines would use plastic movement spacers. :)
PS: Was so...
Very nice pictues everyone.
Lovely collection u got, Sinnlover.
Ahhhhh, that BEAUTY again. :D Great pictures, especially love the first one--thanks for sharing!
CWCs are good quality watches of British design. Whats not to like? Inspired by some recent threads I would like to bring this topic up and be especially interested in comparison shots with other...
