Can you get 22mm straight end pieces for an 1170 bracelet?

I don't like the 1170 bracelet on my Mk2 Speedy so I took the 20mm end pieces and stuck them on an 1171. For me the 20mm Speedy Pro bracelet looks much better than the flared 22mm 1170.

I also don't like the 1162 on my Big Blue, the way it flares out to 24mm or so makes it look a bit bulbous to me, I'd like to fit the 1170 from the Mk2 so the 22mm flared ends match the 22mm lugs. Thing is, I can't find any straight 22mm end pieces that would fit on the 1170. Do these exist please and if yes, where can I buy some?
