Cheers!
I have a vintage Speedy Pro from -84 which has totally crappy hands and dial but perfect case and bezel.
How does it affect value if I opt for dial and hands replacement at the next service?
Any thoughts appreciated.

Post a picture, but unless they are very very crappy then don't do it . It's only original once.
Also depends on the lume, if the dial has developed a lovely vintage tone then don't do anything, but if it is still similar to a new dial then you could consider a replacement, but keep the old one.
Pictures.
Thanks for the input guys!
The thing is that the hands have almost lost all of the lume and the dial is loosing chunks of the indexes...
I like the patina of the case but I'm no fan of "moldy" stuff...
I think I'll go for the keep original parts in a drawer and replace now. Even though it's not original after the procedure. I want to wear it and still enjoy it although not as God wanted it to be...
Am I a lost case?
Talk to Simon Freese, he's a wizard with aged lume.
