A few weeks ago I (for some reason that now escapes me) I thought the Tuna would look good on a purple alligator so I ordered one.
Now that it has arrived I'm wondering if I'm actually brave enough to wear it in public. :ambivalence:

I think that its a nice strap but it really doesn't work with that particular watch. The main problem is there is no complementary colour on the dial to tone with it.
Always good to experiment though!

In days gone past we had a rather obsequious Head of Legal who had a thing about purple. If I remember correctly he used to enjoy telling the girls in archives about his penchant for spending his evenings at home wearing nothing under a purple cloak.Quote:
