Jura watch winder

Just picked up the above via another member on here now I'm hoping to use it as I switch between my Gmt and yachtmaster and I'm hoping someone can tell me how many turns per day I should set it at and also if clockwise, anti or both is the best setting as it doesn't say anything in the instructions

What makes you think you need a winder? I know somebody with just two Rolex sports models which he alternates and the power reserve sees him through.
