Blancpain FF Assitance required.
Looking at a possible trade and been offered this. Love it :D but what i know about BBFF (other than there are shed loads of fakes around) I could write on a pin head.
The original dealer's link http://www.heuerboy.com/blancpain.htm
Would really welcome an opinion.
Happy to take PM's or E-mails
Many thanks Andy
Re: Blancpain FF Assitance required.
There's one to compare it to at the end of this link.

Re: Blancpain FF Assitance required.
Hi Simon, I saw this, however the one I am looking at does not have lug holes? Seems strange that the mil version has them but the non-Mil does not.
Other than a possible redial, new hands - the rest of it look pretty good.

Re: Blancpain FF Assitance required.
andy, i have looked into this myself as i like the watch
however if i am honest, i think it is overpriced, when it was on heuerboy and now.
for that sort of money IMO you could get a very nice condition bund issue.
just my 2p
cheers

Re: Blancpain FF Assitance required.
Sorry Andy,
I placed my comment in the other thread on BP-FF.
But, beware, this is a fake watch!
I resembles the BP FF BUND issued for the German Navy. But here the "3H" is missing on the dial, the bezel should not have any calibration.
On the caseback the NSN number 6645-1171-4162 should be present, etc, etc.
Kind regards,
AVDM.

are you sure of your facts?
this is supposedly a civilian version of the watch, so no fixed bars, no dial symbol and no issue number.
but if you are 100% sure this is a fake, please supply us with some proof, as i am very interested
cheers

Re: Blancpain FF Assitance required.
HI Mike,
On the watchdeco site indeed 2 Bunds are presented : the issued military one an a civilian one.
Maybe I had expressed myself in a better way.
Either this is the civilian one, but than the hands are wrong as these are the military hands.
Either this is the military one with a lot of wrong things as I described.
I would be very intersted to hear whether the civilian one is ligimit : who has documentation or history?
Kind regards,
AVDM.
p.s. I am no BP expert and the litarature is my basis.

Thanks for your feedback, It is being sold at a mon-mil version. I cannot find a picture of this and if you have one i would love to see a copy, especially the hands.
Many thanks Andy
