I think these are a bit lackluster and are just playing on the name of a legendary racing driver. Pretty generic styling/cases and not particularly cheap (although cheaper and more features than the Ball BMWs I guess).
The Endurance... The cities aren't for world time etc, they're just races won by Jo Siffert I think...

That was my first thought too, but thinking about it, its really no worse that all the Senna memorabilia, or T-shirts in memory of Steve McQueen etc. As long as its endorsed by Seppi's family, then I don't have a problem with it.Quote:

And both watches are a travesty and a shoddy attempt to cash in on the memory of a fine driver who, let's not forget, played an important part in the popularisation of Heuer watches - he became a sort of "Heuer enabler" in the paddocks of Formula 1 and sportscar races, and was so successful that in the early 1970's it was unusual to see a top-line driver not wearing a Heuer.
